Quit Smoking with Hypnotherapy

Are you tired of the cost, the smell and all the other inconveniences of your smoking habit, not to mention the serious risks to your health?

The British Medical Association has acknowledged that the use of hypnosis is the most effective help available for those wishing to quit smoking, so why not let hypnotherapy help you?

Quit Smoking with Hypnotherapy

Once you quit smoking you will probably notice just how bad a smoker smells to other non-smokers. Smoking causes premature lines and wrinkles and teeth become stained and yellow as a consequence of smoking.

I use an advanced form of hypnotherapy to ensure that you are given the best chance to quit that you will ever receive. I often use ‘The Hypnoke System’ (equipment specifically designed to magnify the client’s concentration and eliminate background noise), to improve the quality of the hypnotherapy session.

One session is usually all that is required, with a second booster session available, if necessary, for no extra charge providing the client returns within three months of the first session. There is also a CD included in the cost.

Quit Smoking

Once you quit smoking this is what happens:

  • After 8 hours – The nicotine and carbon monoxide levels in your blood will be halved.
  • After 24 hours – The tar build up will start to clear from your lungs.
  • After 48 hours – There is no longer any trace of nicotine in your body.
  • After 56 hours – You will find that your sense of smell and your sense of taste are greatly improved.
  • After 72 hours – Your breathing becomes easier and you will notice an increase in your energy levels.
  • After 2-12 weeks – Your circulation will improve and you will notice that walking and running are much easier.
  • After 3-9 months – Breathing problems, coughs etc. improve.
  • After 6 years – Your risk of having a heart attack will have halved.

And if that is not enough -

  • By quitting smoking a pack a day (at nearly £5 for a pack of 20 cigarettes) you will save approximately £140 a month.

If you have now reached a point in your life where you really want to quit smoking then let hypnotherapy work for you.
